 * My main menu is exactly how I want it to be when I am in Customize. However, 
   when I actually go onto my website link, I do not see my menu. I only see the
   2 pages I have.
 * How do I fix this?

 * To fix your issue, maybe you can go to appearance, menu, and then check it right
   side, is there menu that you mean have been add into your main menu? If not yet,
   you can drag and drop the pages you want to put in main menu.
