 * There are bazillions of ways to do this.
 * For menus made from WordPress Pages, you can add a page as a child of another
   page and then that will appear as a dropdown (assuming that there is CSS there
   to turn the child into a dropdown).
 * Myself and others have made plugins to create dropdown menus automatically which
   you might like to look into.
