Menu links

Hi,

I am not sure if I am posting this under the right section, but here goes…

I have recently created a site for a client and have installed wordpress and built the site in a folder on my server. Whenever I select a menu item on the site I get my main website in the address as well.

For example, when accessing this site:
http://epjru.com.au/

and clicking the navigation at the side, rather than getting
e.g. http://epjru.com.au/?page_id=108

I get http://www.phillipvale.com/roostersfootballclub/?page_id=108

Is there a way to make this website exist in the folder called /roostersfootballclub/ by itself?
