# Menu options missing

 * Hi
 * I am using “The Retailer” e-commerce theme.
    While creating menus or editing 
   the old menus, I can’t find some of the options in Pages section of the panel,
   though I have searched in All. Few those options are “Shop” or “My account” etc.
 * Also, there was one default menu in theme, namely “My account navigation”, but
   while viewing the site when user clicks on “My Account” menu it shows an error
   404 every time.
 * I have tried activating de-activating the plugins and theme but its not working.

 * Please look into this and suggest me some solution asap.

 * Have you asked the developer/vendor of the them? These forums only support themes
   from the repository on this site, so it’s unlikely that anyone here can help 
   you with a theme issue.
