# Menu position "fixed" – problem

 * “Fixed” works fine, when window ist maximised or more then ~1000 px horizontal.
   
   When Window ist smaler, the Menu automatic becomes static.

 * It is not bug, it is a feature (c) Bill Gates 🙂
 * This was made intentionally. Fixed menu become static for not occupying place
   on small screens like smartphones or older PC with small monitors.
 * Fixed menu is useful for users because they always can click everywhere on page
   even if it is scrolled down. But if the screen resolution is pretty small – than
   it means that there is no much space and it is better to use it for showing content
   and leave menu static.

 * OK – for Smartphones i have the Plugin WPTouch activ.
    Perhaps you can make this
   setting “Fixed allways” / “Fixed automatik” in a next Version. But it is not “
   must have”.
