Menu Thumbnail Image Sizing

    Sorry if this has been answered previously – I don’t know exactly what I need to search to find an answer.

    From the Main Menu drop down “Latest In … (category)”, how do I make every thumbnail image the same size? I have some that are shorter or higher than others.

    I want them to all be the same size.

    Hope I’ve made it clear what I want to achieve.
