 * When installing and activating this plugin on WordPress v3.5.1 I receive this
   message the top of the page:
 * > The plugin generated 252 characters of unexpected output during activation.
   > If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds
   > or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
 * Why do I receive this?
