Messages issue

Hi J,
There is a small issue with Messaging users maybe.
If I send a user a message, and after that the next message is the same subject, it will not send the message. This is an unnecessary restriction I believe; most users want to send the same message to many users, with the same subject line. It just makes things faster and a lot easier.

Note that the message text is not checked for this duplication; only the message subject.

Can you replicate this and maybe not have this restriction?
