 * Hi [@netxperia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/netxperia/),
 * Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.
 * I’ve checked your form, and it seems that the scrolling behavior is inconsistent—
   sometimes it scrolls, and other times it doesn’t. This isn’t an issue with **
   MetForm** itself. The behavior might be caused by page scrolling features in
   your theme or other plugins.To troubleshoot:
    1. Try switching your theme to a default one like **Hello Elementor**.
    2. Deactivate all other plugins except **Elementor** and **MetForm** to see if
       the issue persists.
    3. Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts.
       In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
 * Hope it will help.
 * Regards
   Arif

 * Hi,
 * Could you please try clearing all the cache from your website and browser? Additionally,
   if you’re using any Cache/Optimization plugins, try disabling them temporarily.
   After that, regenerate the CSS and sync your Elementor libraries by navigating
   to **Elementor > Tools**.
 * If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our support center via the plugin
   details page. It might require further inspection directly from your dashboard.
 * Regards
