# Meta Title default value

 * Hi. How to delete the default value for Meta Title. I added my title but default
   value is still there and i get message that Characters is far too long.

 * If you’re building a title for the homepage, please do that on the SEO Settings
   page. Under the “Additions” tab, you can modify the title more granularly.
 * Otherwise, I’m not sure what you mean. You can modify the title by inputting 
   a new one in the SEO meta box (scroll down if you cannot see it). If that doesn’t
   work, could you clarify the title you have and the title you want? Thank you!
