 * Looking for a meta-box/script/plugin to add to page editor in wordpress which
   would allow me to change text in the page title and in the content using shortcode.
   
   For ex. If my page title is “How to run a marathon in [city]”. Also, through 
   the content, “The best areas to train in [city] are…” I would like to be able
   to type a city name “Seattle” in a meta-box to show when published.
 * Is something like this available or would I need to have it developed?
