 * Is there a filter I can access for the AMP metadata, or is there a certain file
   that shows the array structure? I see the metadata script tag on the front end
   AMP page source code with type, publisher, etc, with mostly the correct info,
   but I want to edit a couple things having to do with featured images and other
   details.

 * we are not creating any metadata just we are using the WordPress core metadata.
   If you want to take the other metadata field you can use WordPress core functionality.
