I have a slidershow created by metaslider
When I try to add slider to this slidershow , nothing happen and it redirect me to
a blank page with this link

Also , I can’t import or export from metaslider.

This is an unusual problem.
My guess is that you have an error on the site (maybe the PHP version isn’t high enough), or you have a plugin conflict.
I would recommend doing two things:
– Looking at Tools > Site Health for any recommendations to fix
– Disabling plugins one-by-one to see if there’s a conflict
