# Microsoft 365 Error Code: 53003

 * Hello, I am trying to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Online, but without a
   luck. I do have the App in Azure AD, the Client ID and Secret, but when I click
   authenticate and try to login, then I am blocked with this error: 
   Error Code:
   53003App name: FluentSMTP
 * What should I do? My account is owner of the app in AAD.

 * We have found that FluentSMTP is trying to connect from Russia, which is blocked
   for security reasons. 
   Location is:Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansiyskiy Avtonomnnyy
   Okrug, RUPlease, can you make the connection outside of Russia?

 * Fluent SMTP does not have any country restriction. You can connect Fluent SMTP
   from any country without any issues. The issue you are facing might be related
   to outlook subscription types. Can you please check with a free outlook account
   and let us know if you face any errors?

 * Hello Amimul, it’s not from our side. But from the side of Fluent SMTP. When 
   the Fluent Forms Plugin tries to connect to Microsoft 365 from WordPress dashboard
   to authorize, then Azure AD logging logs it as connection from Russia, which 
   is not allowed in our Organization, so we cant use it. I am not sure, why your
   plugin try to connect to Our Microsoft 365 from Russia. You tell me please.

 * We are in Czech republic, the webhosting is also in Czech republic. Not sure 
   why fluent forms try to authenticate from RU.
