Microsoft Bing Shipping Field
-
Hello,
Could you please tell us how to format the ‘Shipping’ field correctly for Microsoft Bing Shopping to get all products approved?
We have tested different formats but always receive an error message from Microsoft that says: ‘Shipping format wrong.
Thank you,
Martin

Hello @martingonev
Thanks for reaching us,
So far, it seems like you’re having trouble managing the Bing shipping attribute. According to the Bing feed specification, they accept the Google Format for Shipping as we have populated it by default when choosing the Bing Shopping Template.
You can watch this video for a better understanding, which is the same as Google Shopping. Hopefully it will guide you to resolve the issue. Moreover, you can also have a look at their feed specifications.

Hello @martingonev
We suggest creating the feed in different formats such as CSV. There may be issues with the TXT format since it is rarely used. Hopefully, the issue has been resolved.
Hello @shahedbd71
thanks for the suggestions. It seems that Microsoft Bing doesn´t support CSV, I tried it but there is no download and it doesn´t work.
Their documentation says:
“Your feed file must be tab-delimited plain text with extensions: TXT, ZIP, GZ, GZIP, TAR.GZ, TGZ. We only support XML files if it is an existing Google-formatted XML file.”
https://help.ads.microsoft.com/apex/index/3/en/51105
Is there another possibility?
Cheers,
Martin
Hello @martingonev,
Thanks for reaching us,
Could you please share the feed link? the might be issue with your file. However, You can also upload a feed in XML format created with the Google Shopping template, as Bing Shopping supports Google Shopping Feed in XML format as well. If you’ve already created a feed for Google Shopping in XML, you can try uploading the same feed in Bing Shopping too.
Hello @shahedbd71
ok, we tested the Google Shopping Template, but get another error: “The shipping field is required”.
Because there are no shipping cost, there is no shipping field in Google Shopping. Here is the feed URL:
https://gummiketten-shop.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/xml/adsxpress.xml
Is there something special we have to adjust when the Shipping costs are alwasy 0?
Thanks,
Martin
Hello @martingonev ,
Thanks for reaching us,
Shipping is a required attribute in Bing Shopping. Please include the shipping attribute in your feed after setting up shipping within WooCommerce. And ensure your feed has all the required attributes. Hopefully, your issue will be resolved.
