Migrating a WP install to another server

    Can anyone point to a plugin/HOWTO for moving an entire WP install from one server to another?

    Complication: The site will have a new domain name on the other side.

    I’d like to take the blog at http://www.siteA.com/wp and move it to http://www.siteB.com/wp. I want all of the posts, user info and comments to travel.

    Can this be done?
