# Migrating Comments

 * Okay it’s a lot more complicated than it sounds…
 * I need to transfer all the comments from [http://www.golftraditions.com](http://www.golftraditions.com)
   to [http://directorypath.com](http://directorypath.com)
 * My problem:
    5 weeks ago my boss asked me to redevelop golftraditions.com because
   it was very plugin heavy and was built very sloppily. It uses custom post types
   and a bunch of other overly-complicated stuff for what the site really needs.
 * When I re-developed the site I just used regular posts and sorted the content
   with categories, and to transfer the content of the site I was made to copy/paste
   all the text and re-upload all the images -.- I know. Believe me. I know.
 * So anyway what I really need to figure out is how to transfer the comments from
   the posts on the original site to the new re-devloped site without manually entering
   them (because at this point that might make me quit).
 * Please help!
