 * Hi,
 * Following the latest plugin message instructions, we have tried to migrate our
   data but it is not working. The process shows that 100% data is migrated but
   nothing happens and after a while, when we refresh our browser the message remains
   showing that we should migrate our data. Could you please help us? Thank you
   in advance.

 * Seeing the same Stream behavior on a site after updating to 3.0 – says it’s migrating
   but it doesn’t actually happen.

 * Hi thisismyway,
 * Couple of questions:
 * 1. What version where you updating from?
 * 2. Are you still able to see your site listed if you log into wp-stream.com?
 * John – would it be okay with you if we addressed your migration issue in the
   separate thread over here: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-new-records-after-update-to-30](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-new-records-after-update-to-30)

 * No problem, but I should have mentioned that this particular install was running
   Stream 2.x, and the others were still at 1.x, so this may not apply to that thread.

 * Hi, we are using Stream 3.0 on WP 4.3. We tried several times but it is impossible
   to do the migration. The system shows that 100% data is migrated but it gets
   stuck. Nothing happens and the message (to do the migration) remains. The login
   in wp-stream.com works fine. I see there the site ID and the API Key.

 * …and Stream’s two database tables are empty after the 2.x to 3.x migration.

 * [@thisismyway](https://wordpress.org/support/users/thisismyway/) Who are you
   hosted with? I experienced a similar issue once during testing which turned out
   to be a problem with object caching. The install was on WP Engine, but many WordPress
   hosts use object caching.
 * Please try logging into your host and turning object caching off (if you have
   that option) before doing the migration, and see if that helps.
 * The other thing to try is this:
 * The migration is AJAX based, so in your browser inspector, try to find the XHR
   requests as they happen. Click on the request and see if there’s an error. I
   can give you more detailed instructions on how to do this if needed.

 * For what this is worth, I was previously trying the migration using Firefox.
   When I used Chrome, it worked on the first try, and only took a couple seconds.

 * That’s very helpful, John – thanks. I’ll look into this also.

 * Resolving now that the migration window is over.
