# Migrating from WordPress.com

 * **Two questions:**
    I am migrating by wordpress.com blog to a new domain with
   bluehost.
 * I set up a duplicate looking wordpress blog on the new domain, same url structure
   and have just had wordpress.com carry out domain mapping.
 * **So now the blogs are synchronised with redirects set up how can i start checking
   that all the redirects are in place and working.?**
 * When do I switch off the old blog?
