Hi Emanuele,
Please log into your WordPress.com account and open a support request over there at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
As stats is a service that’s tied to a WordPress.com account, we can only do this if we’re able to verify the request comes from the owner of that account, and we’re not able to do that here in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums.
If that form takes you to the WordPress.com forums, reply here with a link to that thread, and we can follow up on it for you.

Hi Kokkie,
thank you for answering.
I just opened a support request on WordPress.com. It didn’t take me to the WordPress.com forums so I guess I’ll just wait for an answer on my email.
Thanks again

Hello,
I have a question that is somewhat relevant here. I am transferring a wordpress.com website to self hosted. I have connected the Jetpack in the new site. The domain name is going to be the same namely maritimecyprus.com. At the moment the new server temp domain is 919674101.linuxzone126.grserver.gr. My question is whether to change the temp domain to the actual final domain and whether by doing that I will have any issues during the migration of my subscribers and stats using Jetpack. Is it better to do the migration first and them change the domain name. Any help would be much appreciated?
Ideally, it will work properly. 🙂
If not, please let us know!
Hello James.
Thanks for your reply. So what is your advice?
Should I install Jetpack and migrate subscribers before or after I change my domain nameservers to the new self hosted server?
Sorry for the detailed question but I am doing this for the first time and my client has many followers and subscribers and I want to make everything correct without any suprises.
Thanks again
