# Migrating WP

 * Hello:
 * After paying for our site the company went out of business. I moved all the files
   to a new host. I cannot get it up and running. I’m using Network Solutions for
   hosting and they told me wp would run through their service.
 * Which folder should I point my domain name to? Do I need to change any settings
   in wp-config? I need help! Haha.

 * I’m not sure. The company sent me the files from httpdocs because the old host
   kept giving me error that I probably didn’t have enough permission. I grabbed
   what I could of the other folders. Would the DB have been located in one of those
   hosted folders?

 * No. The database is hosted completely separately from your files. Have you installed
   WordPress on the new server?

 * I copied all the old files and moved them to the new server. Looks like all the
   wp install is there. Should I start with a fresh install?

 * After reviewing the documents and forums I don’t think I installed wp. I created
   a mysql and input the information into wp-config. I’m getting stuck on the last
   step running install.php. I’ve tried going to [http://www.windowtohealing.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.windowtohealing.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   but I keep getting an Internal Server Error.

 * Try re-naming your wp-config.php to wp-config.php.old. Then re-run the install
   and see if WP can create the config file for you.
