# Migration

 * Hi there, 
 * We are a small non-profit considering making the switch to WP Event Manager. 
   We are trying out the free version to see if it meets our needs, and then plan
   to get one of the bundles.
 * I have been attempting to migrate our events using the steps found in this [Youtube video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4HPhTIozm8).
   The problem is when I get to the step of the Mapping Form, it shows up blank.
 * I have tried uploading as both a CVS and an XLSX and neither work. I am also 
   trying the “All Import” plug in but so far no luck. 
 * If you have any suggestions that would be much appreciated. We are very interested
   in using this product, but we cannot assess if it works for us without importing
   our event. 
 * I also submitted a ticket but am trying this too.
