# Migration problem – Invalid datetime format

 * I am having a problem where Mailpoet disappears from the dashboard and the following
   error message is displayed.
 * Migration “MailPoet\Migrations\Migration_20230503_210945” failed. Details: An
   exception occurred while executing ‘ALTER TABLE `wp_mailpoet_subscribers`
   ADD
   INDEX `first_name` (`first_name`(10))’:
 * SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Incorrect datetime value: ‘0000-
   00-00 00:00:00’ for column ‘confirmed_at’ at row 13
 * FWIW the subscribers were imported from an existing list and no confirmed dates
   were available so I think they were imported as blanks.

 * It seems indeed like a migration issue, but could you please update first to 
   the latest version of MailPoet and see if the issue disappears? I am asking because
   we’ve seen similar error messages in previous versions, just in case.

 * Thanks – I had upgraded to the latest version of Mailpoet and it didn’t help.
   I fixed it by replacing running SQL to replace the ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’ values
   with null.
