# Migration problems

 * I was building a WP site on a temporary domain: [http://dev6.reklamfirman.com](http://dev6.reklamfirman.com)
 * When I migrated the page to its final domain something broke. Before it went 
   wrong, I installed the plugin “change wp url”. I tried this plugin other times
   and it worked. But not this time, the index page does not work, I can not login
   on wp-admin and the characters å ä ö doesnt work.
 * Error respons when logging in to the old domain: _You do not have sufficient 
   privileges to access this page._
 * Error responses when logging on to the new one: Warning: _Can not modify header
   information – headers Already late by (output started at in / var / www / virtual/
   angensgard.se / [http://www.angensgard.se](http://www.angensgard.se) / wp-includes/
   pluggable.php on line 881_
 * I am using the same database. Have gone in and changed the home url and site 
   url. Via ftp I tired removing all plugins but it did not help either.
 * You can check the new site here and you will see that the “hem”=home is linked
   to the developer site: [http://www.angensgard.se/butik/](http://www.angensgard.se/butik/)
 * Any tips on how I can fix?

 * I solved the first problem:
    Error responses when logging on to the new one: 
   Warning: Can not modify header information – headers Already late by (output 
   started at in / var / www / virtual / angensgard.se / [http://www.angensgard.se](http://www.angensgard.se)/
   wp-includes / pluggable.php on line 881
 * But when I try to login it says that I dont have sufficient competence to login.
 * Sombody?
