 * How do you minify CSS and Javascript in this plugin? SEM Rush is giving me a 
   warning that the CSS and Javascript is not minified.

 * Ah I see. I am noticing a flicker now when the site initially loads and changes
   pages. Is that normal? It wasn’t appearing before I installed he plugin.
