 * W3 Total Cache version: 0.9.5.2.
 * The minifyed css and js files are generated with “https” on its internal urls.
 * Exemple: The cached css file below has a lot of inside urls starting with “https”.

   [http://cdn1.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/cache/minify/fa0b0.default.include.bd0f75.css](http://cdn1.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/cache/minify/fa0b0.default.include.bd0f75.css)
 * Exemples of urls:
    [https://cdn1.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/images/ajax-loader.gif](https://cdn1.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/images/ajax-loader.gif)
   [https://cdn3.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/plugins/goodlayers-core/plugins/combine/fontawesome/fontawesome-webfont.eot](https://cdn3.matematicaresolvida.com/wp-content/plugins/goodlayers-core/plugins/combine/fontawesome/fontawesome-webfont.eot)
 * How can I set the W3 Total Cache plugin to minify the files and generate the
   urls with “http” instead of “https”?
 * PS: It’s setup to use a self-hosted CDN with FTP.

 * I don’t know how to do that, but
 * – make sure to serve the main URL from HTTP so you don’t get mixed content warnings
   OR
 * – you could just get free SSL certs from LetsEncrypt for your CDN names and be
   done with it.
