minimum order quantity error

    Hi. I notice a problem with your plugin. I set a minimum quantity to buy some products but the plugin does not take these minimums into consideration. In practice, a product that has a minimum order of 3 pieces instead reports a single piece within the abandoned order of your plugin. Can you help me solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry about the delay in response due to the weekend.

    I have abandoned a cart on your website as a guest user and I will be checking the quantity once I will receive the automatic reminder email.

    Can I know is there any plugin on your website which you are using to set the minimum quantity of the plugin?

    we use official woocommerce min/max quantities plugin

    Can you share with us zip file of “Min/Max Quantities” plugin on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address? So, we can check the issue with this plugin.

    Hi,

    Yes, I received that and responded to you on our ticketing system.

    I have tried to abandon a cart with minimum quantities which I have set through that plugin. And it is showing correctly on Abandoned Orders page. I will be checking it tomorrow for the abandoned cart reminder email and inform you on the same via our ticketing system.
