 * Hiya. We’re testing your plugin on a staging site & have minimum order values
   for different shipping zones. e.g. £50
 * When the minimum order value has not been met is there any way of triggering 
   a notice to say something along the lines of “minimum order value of £50 required
   for delivery”, rather than just showing the option for collection?
