Misleading listing

    Glad I read the reviews before I wasted time installing the ‘non-premium’ version.

    Very misleading to offer a plugin that doesn’t work unless you pay for the ‘premium plan’ when it is made to ‘appear’ as though the plans are an option.

    We are sorry you missed our 3 mentions of our premium plans on our description page. We have no intention of misleading anyone.

    In the past, this was a free tool and some old vloggers may have mentioned our free tools but we have decided to focus on our premium customers now with our package of 20+ sales promotional tools.

    I didn’t miss anything….

    It’s not a truly ‘premium’ package if ALL of them are paid. If it is a cost If you don’t have a ‘non-premium’ how can you have a ‘premium’? What if someone doesn’t want a ‘premium’ version? You don’t offer anything that is ‘not’ premium so you don’t have a ‘premium’. You have a basic subscription model.

    We are sorry.

    Our intent I can assure you is not to mislead anyone. We have NO mention of a free product in our description and multiple mentions of our premium product, free trials, money back guarantees etc.

    We were hoping that would be clear enough.

    Sorry for the confusion.
