 * I just downloaded a new theme “wootique”, unfortunately I can’t install it.
    
   After uploading, I am receiving the following msg:
 * Missing a temporary folder.
 * Thx for your support

 * That sounds like a php configuration issue.
    You likely will experience issues
   uploading themes, media, and plugins.
 * `upload_tmp_dir` is the directory used for temporary storage while uploading 
   through PHP.
 * Contact your host and have them verify or set the `upload_tmp_dir` configuration
   in php.ini.

    Yes, a php.ini was missing.
