# "Missing a temporary folder." and PHP5.INI

 * Trying to upload themes, plugins and images I’m received by the obnoxious “Missing
   a temporary folder.”
    Looking for references I found suggestions to change the
   PHP.INI but the most recent version of WordPress has a PHP5.INI that is virtually
   empty. Can somebody give me the whole statement to be inserted or any other suggestion?
