# Missing “Add Block” Button

   I am trying to add a NextGEN Gallery. However when I open
   a page the NextGEN Gallery “Add Block” button is not shown.NextGEN Gallery is
   installed and activatedAny ideas?

   to help.
 * When you open a page and you try to add a block, normally the most used blocks
   are shown there, you might need to use the search box. [Like this](https://a.supportally.com/i/qushub)
 * If you are using a page builder, you need to add a text module or widget, and
   in the text editor, there should be a NextGEN Gallery button to insert a gallery.
 * Please try that and let me know how it went.

 * Thanks for your help, I did eventually get it to work. I believe I had not activated
   the NextGEN gallery.
