# Missing Archive File

 * Hi, I have tried to install the filester plugin as I need to download my media
   files to free up storage but I get the message:
 * ‘Installation failed: The package could not be installed.
    PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE(-
   4): Missing file ‘/tmp/filester-QgOuWQ.tmp’
 * Does anybody know how to fix this error so I can install the plugin?

 * Have you checked the permissions for folder “temp”?
