Missing argument 3 in Weaver 1.5.1

So my site is doing some funny things.

First when I update my “Main Options” in the Appearance->Weaver 2010->Main Options and press “save changes” i get the following message.

Warning: Missing argument 3 for t_css_css(), called in /home/content/22/7182622/html/wp-content/themes/2010-weaver/ttw-generatecss.php on line 606 and defined in /home/content/22/7182622/html/wp-content/themes/2010-weaver/ttw-generatecss.php on line 1016

What does this mean and where can I fix it? How do I find out what the line # is in order to investigate.

Second, the home page widget area here http://jaredspaulding.com/ has widgets black with a 10px margin. The About Me page here http://jaredspaulding.com/?page_id=28 has the same markups in the “Main Options” tab of Weaver 2010 but shows up as is. I can’t seem to find out what is happening.

Also, I can’t get the sticky post background “transparent” it appears gray, despite CSS markups in the “Main Options” tab

I don’t know if they are related at all.

I am using generally chrome or firefox with the latest version of each.
