I updated to Version 2.4.4.1 and I still have this problem.

I am having the exact same issue however I believe it started to occur after the update was done 2 days ago. Profile Pro Builder and select 2 add on both updated…..This was not happening before that all of a sudden so many of my profile questions started to have coding next to the questions. odd. The Select 2 addon and Email Confirm addon must be updated to their latest versions for the warnings to disappear. Unfortunately these 2 addons do not have automatic updates and you need to download the latest version and update it manually. We are really sorry for the inconvenience! We could have handled this situation better.

To download the latest version of Select2 add-on and Email Confirmation Field add-on you will need to access Profile Builder’s add-ons page.
On each free add-on page you will see the Download button. Download the latest version, delete the old one, and install/activate the new one.
