# Missing backups

 * I’ve got some problem with restoring backups. They are displayed under existing
   ones, however when trying to restore one, I am receiving an error that file is
   perhaps invalid (because it’s 0 size). I haven’t deleted any data

 * By default UpdraftPlus stores backup inside wp-content/updraft folder unless 
   you have configured any remote storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox 
   etc.
 * Can you please try to download one backup set and try to extract on your local
   computer, Check if you are able to extract the zip file?

 * Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately, files inside updraft folder are empty
   and also can’t be downloaded via Updraft plugin.
 * It’s weird because I can see that archives are being created during the process,
   but when it’s completed, they disappear.

 * Can you please re-run the backup process and share the recent backup logs with
   us, Copy/paste the logs to [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com) and share
   the link here.

 * When I click e.g. “database” in order to download it, there is a notice, that
   no file was found 🙁

 * It looks like you are on LiteSpeed webserver, Can you please check this link 
   and add the rules to your .htaccess file

 * Hi,
 * Unfortunately, none of these worked for me. However, I’ve noticed, that when 
   I uncheck the “Send to remote storage” option, files are available.
 * Also, files sizes are correct in “Raw copies history”.
