# Missing button graphics and 403 error

 * My site crashed and I’m trying to roll back to WP 3.2. I cleared out my installation
   and have reinstalled WP. The problem I was getting before is still occuring, 
   with [no edit buttons appearing](http://www.dynamicmoment.com/WP/WPIssues.jpg),
   or [WP graphics ](http://www.dynamicmoment.com/WP/WPissues1.jpg)being displayed.
   
   When I try to open the graphic in a new window I get a [403 error](http://www.dynamicmoment.com/WP/WPIssues2.jpg)
 * Anyone know what happened and how I fix it?
