# Missing Conversion

 * Hello,
 * I’m facing an issue with tracking conversion. I have installed the plug-in and
   set-up GA according to the following guide up to step 2.

 * And I have created fake orders in my system and set the payment as bank transfer.
   The order can be tracked and recorded when I set up as “Goal” in GA. However,
   the order only shown as “no shopping activity” in “Ecommerce” tab in GA. How 
   can I fix the problem?
 * For the sake of time, I have just sent out invitation for viewing GA to analytic2(
   at)tatvic(dot)com. Just let me know if you need further information.

 * We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that
   our plugin is working well on your store. Transactions are also recorded successfully
   in your analytics account ([screenshot](https://image.prntscr.com/image/Obu5HMTaTr_D1fFgvfiaTw.png)).
 * Additionally, we have noticed that you are using more than one Enhanced Ecommerce
   plugin parallel with our plugin. So we request you to use only one Enhanced Ecommerce
   plugin at a time otherwise it will create a data discrepancy in your analytics
   account.
