# Missing Dashboard

 * Hello ,
    I was doing a test on my website buytobaccoleaf.co.uk , I was just adding
   an item to cart , and i had an “updating” for quiet some time . When I closed
   the browser and tried going back on later I just got a 502 error . I am new to
   making websites and have little knowledge on HTML and java so I would really 
   appreciate some help here if somebody could please ? Anyway, some time later 
   I kept trying the site and eventually it opened up and showed me logged in but
   there is no Dashboard showing at all so obviously I cannot edit or anything ?
   My web-host is 123 reg I’m told by the person who created the original site before
   handing it to me . Please can anyone help me solve this ? Many thanks

 * I was advised to go to my c panel ? I don’t have a clue what that is ..sorry 
   i’m a Numpty

 * Have you tried contacting your hosts about this? They may be having problems 
   at their end.

 * Cannot get into dashboard (wp-admin) after upgrade to 3.8.1.
    Front end works
   fine. Have PaidMembershipsPro as plugin installed, which I cannot now deactivate,
   of course. Hosting site cannot help, because of plugin.
 * I have no experience using c-panel to delete and reload files on the server.
   
   Does anybody have the same experience? Thanks!
