* Hi [@newki75](https://wordpress.org/support/users/newki75/) it appears you have
both Matomo Plugins. Can you remove the WP-Matomo integration plugin. As this
is a tracking connector.
Regarding the archiving error. Can you please confirm.
- Where do you check visits? in our plugin or in the Matomo connected to the
WP-Matomo plugin
- Can you confirm if you get an error when running “Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics
> Troubleshooting > Archive reports”
- if you have any errors in your PHP errors log
- if you have visits in your visitor logs for this period
- I would also suggest for you to add the following constant in your wp-config.
