Title: Missing Data Last modified: December 27, 2016 --- # Missing Data * [shughey](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shughey/) * (@shughey) * [9 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-data-4/) * I’m at a total loss for what has happened and how to resolve it. * I’m using WordPress 4.7, WordPress Vantage theme 1.5.8 * Plugins: Admin Bar Advanced iFrame Ajax Event Calendar Akismet Breadcrumb NavXT CMS Tree Page View Contact Form 7 Custom Sidebars Disable Comments Easy Social Icons Flamingo Hello Dolly Meta Slider Page Builder by SiteOrigin Random Content Really Simple CAPTCHA SiteOrigin CSS SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Tabs Builder Tabs Responsive This Day In History Tweetomatic Pro Use Any Font Widget Shortcode Wordfence Security WP Edit WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart * Everything (plugins and theme) has been working fine until two days ago. No plugins added, no theme update and no wordpress udgrade at the time when things stopped working which could have caused this. * I have the dropdown for “Screen Options” and “Help” but neither drops down. There are also no “Page Attributes” from which to select. It’s blank below the dropdown. * When I click on “Customize”, with all plugins activated there is only a blank page. With all plugins deactivated, there is only “You are customizing” (site’s name below this) but below the site’s name is a blank and a blank on the right side where I should have a visual of the site. “Add Media” does not work, all page info is on the Text tab and Visual tab will not open. Some pages cannot be edited from the front end, they open as a blank page. * I’ve reinstalled WP 4.7 but no change. I’ve reinstalled the Vantage them but no change. * Any ideas/suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.
