# Missing Data (Blocks & Images)

 * Hello,
 * The export and import run smooth and quickly but the import is missing a couple
   things
 * a) When I exported from your other plugin, I chose Posts only and checked Include
   Media, but when I imported, no images were imported into the media gallery, the
   images are visible but they are being called from the old site
 * b) The posts are imported in classic editor format, not Gutenberg blocks
 * Thanks for the plugin, your advice is appreciated

 * We’re glad to hear that the export and import process was mostly smooth and quick.
   Regarding the issues you mentioned:
 * a) **Media Import Issue:** Checking on Include Media add media files on zip. 
   To ensure media files are imported correctly when exporting, either leave the
   content type set to “All content” or specifically select “Media.”
 * b) **Classic Editor Format:** Our plugin works seamlessly with our hybrid theme,
   CosmosWP ([https://wordpress.org/themes/cosmoswp/](https://wordpress.org/themes/cosmoswp/)).
   If you’re experiencing issues, please provide us with the theme link and a demo
   of what you’re testing (a GitHub link would be fine).
