# Missing data issue

 * Greetings
    This is an excellent plugin. I have in fact used it for an application
   process.
 * I wanted to check, however, on data missing issues. Some applicants claimed that
   though they thought they clicked “save” form, all data entered in fields disappeared.
 * Could this be an issue of settings of the plugin itself or even the browser settings?
   Have others reported this kind of trouble?
 * I would love to use this again but before doing so want to ensure that I know
   how to inform applicants on appropriate settings and/or ensure I have things 
   set up properly.
