 * I have only FTP access to my server.
 * When I installled the Word press according to instruction and I visited the url
   it says this.
 * There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get
   started. Need more help? We got it. You can create a wp-config.php file through
   a web interface, but this doesn’t work for all server setups. The safest way
   is to manually create the file.
 * So to set up that file I need a databse name, password etc.
 * I am not sure if database is there or not?
 * How to check that?
 * I have to install database manually?
    or what is next step?

 * Ask your host whether you have (access to) a MySQL database in your hosting package.
   If yes, ask how to create one, what kind of admin tool they provide (e.g. phpMyadmin)
   to interact with it and so on. If they are going to create the DB, aks the 4
   pieces of info needed to fill in the wp-config.php file.
