# Missing Dom element with payment plugin

 * Whhile i install it i can not see thhe payment functionality but i see this error
   in console.
    Please advice: The SumUp Card is not rendered. You are missing a
   DOM element with id = “sumup-card”.

 * Have you run your test with one of default WordPress themes while enabling troubleshooting
   mode with [Health Check plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)?
   If haven’t yet, I’d recommend to do so. This will help identify whether the theme
   causes you this trouble or not.
