# Missing Ecommerce Data

 * Hi! Missing data for e-commerce. I did settings as it says then I had duplicated
   tracking which made bounce rate zero. I found a solution in your forum on how
   to solve the “zero bounce” rate issue, but Ecommerce data is still missing. Could
   you please help me?

 * I have had a look at your store and found the jQuery errors ([Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/qbczqd))
   and due to which the plugin’s code snippet is not getting loaded.
 * To resolve the issue, Please resolve the jQuery errors and then check for the
   required data are getting pushed into GA or not.
