 * The recent 2.6.19 update has cleared all the entries that was previously submitted
   through the forms. Is there any way to get them back ?

 * The entries screen was remade but it should not delete any entry. Could you try
   to search without dates, just to see if the records are displayed that way.

 * Ok sorry for that this was an issue in the new entries screen, a fix for this
   was added in the new release, please update.
