 * If we needed to collect a minimal amount of data, this would work. But, such 
   things as country, state/province, etc. choices from a drop-down list are not
   available for forms. In short, we cannot duplicate the signup form we already
   have at Constant Contact. This type of data needs to be “sanitized” this way 
   in order to be useful. Going back to having visitors sign up off-site directly
   at Constant Contact. Uninstalled.
