# Missing Features Now?

 * Hello,
 * I’ve used this plugin for awhile and haven’t used it recently, so I’m trying 
   to go back for the last several months to save the CSV files with all sales and
   customer info. Did this plugin used to save all details like purchase date, user’s
   address, etc. that it no longer has? When I export files now I only get about
   8 columns of data whereas my old files have like 20 columns maybe more, even 
   giving details like their IP address and what browser and device they were using.
   Is this the same plugin I’ve always been using and why are those options no longer
   there?
