 * I have BPS installed on a couple of blogs and I love it, but I’ve run into an
   issue with my latest intall. I’m getting these messages, eventhough I have completed
   all the steps (twice now). Any ideas?
 * `BPS Alert! An htaccess file was NOT found in your root folder.`
    `BPS Alert!
   An htaccess file was NOT found in your wp-admin folder.`
